Hourly Wages
PURA salary students are required to sign up for payroll and submit bi-weekly timesheets signed by your faculty mentor. Students are also asked to sign up for the 2698 or 4698 Undergraduate Research Assistantship Course within the school of their faculty mentor. For more detailed information, click here.
Travel Awards
Students with PURA funding for travel, must present an oral or poster presentation or be involved in an exhibit of their research at the conference or event. Students must also obtain prior approval for travel within the school of your faculty mentor. For more detailed information, click here.
Final Reports
All PURA students (both salary and travel awardees) are required to submit final reports outlining their projects and experience. We also ask that you complete an evaluation on the PURA program when turning in your report. Reports are due the last day of final exams each semester. To submit your report, use the link below. Before you begin, please be ready with a PDF or Word document. While we ask that your report be around 2 pages in length (single spaced), if you have completed a longer report for your faculty mentor, just include that document instead. If you have additional items to submit as part of your final report, please email them to PURA@gatech.edu.
