Interests
Outside of school I enjoy doing many things. Being social with my friends, listening to some of my favorite bands, enjoying what Atlanta nightlife has to offer are just a few.
Career Goal
As of right now I have one main plan, and that is to apply to many colleges in hopes of achieving a masters and then a PHD if everything works out. After school I would like to continue to do research whether it is for an academic group or for industry.
Research Area
At Georgia Tech I am currently doing research for GTRI in an material sciences lab. However, during the summer of 2008 I researched photolithography techniques for the use in super hydrophobic surfaces.
What I Love Most About Research at Tech
I love the fact that Georgia Tech research has opened a door to a whole new career. Before doing research I believed that the only type of career was one strictly in industry and that the pursuit of higher academic achievments were not necessary, now its made me realize other possibilities.
